The Sales for Enhancing Product Access (SEPA) App is the Afghan Social Marketing Organization (ASMO) Sales App used by its Sales Executives that captures and provides information on customers’ profile including historical sales data, daily beat plan and sales coverage as well as generating the required reports.
Features:
1. Multi-user
Sales agents can use the app in all regions at the same time
2. Works offline
It works without internet access. You may use offline and then connect to the Internet only to sync data between app and server.
3. Dashboard
Sales agents could see their sales achievements at a glance in a graphical charts.
4. Order
Through sales app, orders could easily be received from customers, agents may also create an order on behalf of a customers.
5. Sales
Sales agents have specific sales route plan for each day, which contains a list of outlets that sales agent need to visit and sell if requested.
5.a. Route deviation
Based on situation and after the supervisor’s approval, sales agents can deviate from today’s route with a future route plan but not a passed one.
5.b. Credit sales
Sales supervisor could define a credit limit for customers through which the app allows those outlets to have credit sales less than that amount.
6. Outlets/customers
Sales agents may view all their related outlets. And also can register a new outlet.
7. Materia Request and Dispatch (MRD)
Sales agents can request products through MRD form and after the approval of his/her supervisor, the products will be transferred to his stock.
8. Report
Generate up to date sales reports and also registered outlets report.
9. Wallet
In the wallet, all those payment which have been collected from invoices will be listed and sales agents know the total amount and could deposit to the bank as per the policy.
10. Payment collection
The remaining amount of those invoices which customers have not fully paid yet will be visible here, and when the payment is received the amount goes to the wallet section.
11. Synchronizing
This android sales app will be synced with the server. And it contains 6 parts which are outlets, products, orders, locations, assigned routes and transactions (sales, payment, bank deposit, outlets).
12. Messages
Supervisor’s messages could be visible as a notification message.
